گره های لنفاوی

The FUT method stands for follicular unit transplantation. It was proposed in the 80s in the United States. A strip of skin along with hair is cut with a scalpel from the donor zone (therefore, sometimes this method is also called Strip - a strip), a scar remains at the place of capture. Under the microscope, individual follicular units (grafts) are cut from the strip obtained, which are then transplanted with a scalpel. The advantage of the method is the simultaneous receipt of a large number of units for transplantation. However, eyebrow transplant usually does not require so many follicular units. Those that contain 2–4 hair will have to be thrown away: such grafts cannot be put on the eyebrows. Hair growth on the eyebrows will not be natural, because the tools do not allow you to withstand the natural angle of the hair. In addition, a noticeable scar will remain in the seizure area, since grafts are implanted into incisions formed by the scalpel. Therefore, the FUT method is rarely suitable for eyebrow transplantation.

The FUE method (follicular unit extraction, or excision) can be manual or, most often, automated, as, for example, in Russian clinics using the FUE method. In an automated method, material is removed using a rotating punch mechanism. The resulting tufts of hair are divided into grafts under a microscope. Small round scars remain in the donor area (according to the diameter of the piercer: from 1.5 to 5.0 mm).

In the manual method, follicular units are removed directly from the donor zone using a special tool, a punch. Punch is a miniature round hollow scalpel with a diameter of approximately 1 mm. The doctor sequentially makes a punching and rotating movement with punch, as a result, the follicular units are taken.

The received units are transplanted either into small skin incisions formed with a scalpel, or using a special implant pen. For complete healing after surgery, it should take from two to four weeks.

Despite numerous disadvantages when working with a piercer and a scalpel, this method is regularly used for eyebrow transplantation. This is due to the inability of clinics to apply other, more gentle methods.

The HFE technique originates from the FUE method, and in it all the defects of the predecessor were corrected. At the moment, HFE is the best way to get new hair, in terms of aesthetics and results.

Hair is taken strictly by hand using special micropunches, similar to needles with a diameter of 0.6-0.8 mm. As a result, there are practically no traces of the capture procedure in the donor zone. If you need to carry out additional hair transplant procedures, there will be no problems with this.

The received units are transplanted using the unique implanter choi implant, which does not require skin incisions and minimizes trauma to the transplant area, i.e. there will be no scars in the eyebrow area. Manual transplantation allows you to strictly control the growth direction of the transplanted hair.

Since this technique is much less traumatic, healing after transplantation is faster - in 3-5 days. After the operation, the appearance of edema or bruising, which disappear within 7-10 days. However, such swelling and bruising are quite rare. In order for the healing process to go smoothly, the doctor may prescribe special care.

Minimal trauma increases the percentage of transplanted hair that has taken root. With the HFE method, the survival rate reaches 98%, this is the highest possible indicator to date.

The successes of reconstructive hair surgery are becoming more common and accessible to solve the problems of cosmetology and medicine. They have an undeniable aesthetic advantage over permanent makeup methods. Their only drawback - a higher cost - is relative, since the procedure is carried out once and for all, and there is no need for regular repeated operations. The most important thing is to decide what kind of result the patient wants to see on his face. The qualified specialist can take care of the rest.
